❓ How long does it take to receive my order?

We aim to deliver all orders within 2 business days from the time the order is placed and confirmed.

If you order on Monday, your package will arrive by Wednesday.
If you order on Friday, your package will arrive by Tuesday (due to Sunday being a non-delivery day).


❓ Do you deliver every day of the week?

We deliver 6 days a week – Monday to Saturday.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.


❓ What time can I expect my delivery?

Deliveries are typically made between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. While we can’t guarantee an exact time, we do our best to keep you updated with tracking info and delivery status.


❓ What happens if I order on a Sunday?

Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday, and you can expect delivery by Wednesday.


❓ Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

Currently, we only offer standard 2-day delivery. Stay tuned – we're working on faster delivery options in the near future!
