Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as all of our products are custom-made just for you. Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be canceled or returned.
Each item is specially personalized based on your preferences (such as photos, names, or messages). Because these products are made uniquely for each customer, they cannot be resold or reused.
While returns aren’t accepted, we absolutely want you to be satisfied with your order.
